The service

OneSchool Companion is a desktop application for managing and automating OneSchool class data retrieval. This website ("the portal") handles billing, licensing, and account management for the desktop app only.

Plans

A 14-day free trial is available, no payment required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription: either the Annual plan ($29.90 AUD/year, up to 6 active classes) or the Pay-per-class plan ($2 AUD per class per 3 months, billed quarterly, no class limit). School/bulk purchases add teacher seats at $25 AUD/seat/year (annual) or $6.25 AUD/seat/quarter (pay-per-class).

Cancellation & refunds

Cancel any time from the billing portal (/manage or /account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are offered by default. [TBD: confirm your actual refund policy before launch.]

Data

Student names, MIS/EQ IDs, class rosters, behaviour notes, attendance data, and OneSchool credentials never leave your device — the portal stores only billing and licence metadata (email, school name, subscription status, a hashed licence key, device fingerprints, and reported class counts). Licence enforcement

Licence enforcement is practical access control, not unbreakable DRM. We reserve the right to revoke a licence for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.
